I've been a Stack Overflow user for several years, I came here to help, and of course to find help too.
I like to take a look at the new PHP tagged questions, because I'm a senior PHP programmer, and this is a good way of warming up to start daily work. At the same time I can help others.
But time goes by and I see how we are getting questions from newbies more and more. Don't get me wrong; we all were new at sometime in the past. But I found that so many people (more and more) don't prepare themselves to ask. A lot of questions are a waste of time. More and more questions with no response because they are incomprehensible, insubstantial, etc. Too often they show no effort of having searched for a solution on their own.
So my first question in Stack Overflow is to ask: Why is this happening?
