Nine days ago, I've asked this question.
As the mentioned technology is heavily outdated, I (correctly) assumed the question not to become very popular. So, I entered a bounty and I even edited the question in order to "recentify" the last modification date.
However, no luck: eighteen views after nine days, that's two views per day, even with a bounty.
What are other means to increase the attention to a question?
