My company recently started using a knowledgebase platform. This product seems to have a fair number of users, but a limited online Help, and no forum of its own where users can share tips and tricks.
I'd like to recommend to our community that we start using Stack Overflow to share information. Perhaps we can convince the products admins to direct traffic here and answer questions themselves.
This platform is similar in form and function to Confluence, which is not only discussed on SO but has its own tag.
Before I start bringing all those users over here, are there any criteria about what products we can discuss on SO? And the protocol for using SO for "official" answers?
