What I need to fix in my questions to return the ability to ask questions? [duplicate]

I asked all my questions on 2 occasions:

1. I googled thoroughly but didn't find the right answers because my question, even if it was similar to the others, had an important detail that made it different from similar questions.
2. I could not formulate a query on Google because I did not understand even which way to go.

If I was solving the problem I asked a question about myself, I was sure to post the answer to that question.All of my questions have a solution at this point, the vast majority are 0 rated, which certainly can't be my fault.I once had a question that was marked as a duplicate. It is likely deleted. There was also a question that got a negative rating, I deleted it on the recommendation of Stack Overflow. What's interesting, the reason why that question was downvoted, I never understood.

In my questions I wrote what I tried to do to solve the problem. But for some reason I still got banned.
