Bug report: tags not remembered by question filters

I am not interested in questions that are not in my watched tags, but currently the tags are the only thing not remembered by question filters.

Repro steps:

1. Go to https://stackoverflow.com/questions
2. In filters, change "filter by", "sort by", "days old" and tags to "watched tags"
3. Apply filter
4. Go to https://stackoverflow.com/questions again (refresh does not work, may need to go through sidebar)

Expected behavior:

• All filters are remembered

Actual behavior:

• First three filters are remembered, but tags revert to all
