The workflow for salvaging a question

I ask a poorly received question, which then gets deleted by the Community bot. I later decide I could have asked the question in a better way, so I edit the question and request undeletion via a mod flag, but the question just gets deleted again shortly, before the community has time to review whether to reopen or answer the question.

I ask a question about how I can salvage my question on here, and then my question gets showered with downvotes for some reason, meaning my Meta question seeking help and feedback for my Stack Overflow question gets Roomba deleted too.

I am not currently Q-banned, but if I were, the guidance would be to fix my existing questions instead of deleting them - but the fact that Community bot deletes already them, and will promptly re-delete them even if I ask a moderator to undelete them after editing them into shape, makes this task almost impossible.

So my question is basically just this: I asked a poorly received question a long time ago, I still want answers, I do not want to just post my question again. What should I do to maximize the chances of getting my question undeleted, reopened, and answered, given that all my previous attempts (editing the question, flagging the question for moderator attention, seeking constructive criticism about the question here on Meta) have failed?
