Why were my posting privileges removed? [duplicate]

I came to stackoverflow back in 2012/13 and had posted about 6 questions until 2017 October. After over 7 long years I returned and posted just 2 questions that were not aligning with stackoverflow guidelines. Agreed. However there were no issues with the other questions! But somehow stackoverflow ruled the following while I tried to post another question (not here, but at https://stackoverflow.com/):

You can’t post new questions right now.

Sorry, we are no longer accepting questions from your account because most of your questions need improvement or are out of scope for this site. See the Help Center pageWhy are questions no longer being accepted from my account? to learn more.

Please do not create a new account. Instead, work on improving your existing questions by editing them to comply with the site's guidelines and address any feedback you've received. You can also continue to contribute to the site in other ways, such as editing other posts to improve them.

I am completely disillusioned. How can 2 out of 8 questions be considered "most" of my questions? Or is it that the ever-evolving rules and policies of stackoverflow community were applied retrospectively to my pre-2017 questions too, to justify the "most"? If this is so then too is unfair.

If this way the OP is forced to think million times before even asking for help then I am sorry this site really needs to make its rules a bit more reasonable, IMHO.

By the way, I searched to check whether questions like this were asked before but could not find any, even with advanced search. I would thus be surprised if this is a duplicate.

I even went through this post below which might seem to the reader to be a duplicate.

Does banning relatively new users encourage alternative accounts?

But respectfully, it is NOT a duplicate of above. Because I have lost the question-posting privilege at 479 rep (as opposed to the OP's 100 rep in the above post) and I lost it for just asking 2 bad questions. We are all imperfect, and make mistakes. Of the two bad questions, both were closed. But one of those was reopened after I with all determination made substantial improvements to it, literally revamping it. So in my case this posting limitation is simply and brazenly a totally undeserved punishment. I have learned tons more about posting questions from just those two bad questions than any average Joe.

My question: Just one closed question which received downvotes can lift a user's posting privilege even after receiving badges of all colours and a 450+ rep? Would anyone not be forced to think that this community is not really here to help? Is this just an algorithmic consequence? Os is it just me?

The current duplicate target says: says "too-many poorly received..." posts. I have after reading that post clearly understood that this is what prompted the lifting of my question-posting privileges. But it still does NOT answer the question above or a slightly modified version of above: "Is one poorly received/closed question enough to lift a user's question-posting privilege?"

I have also checked my deleted questions. Totally I have 6 acceptable questions none deleted) and 4 unacceptable ones (including 2 deleted ones of which one was before 2014, so surely it was not enough to strip me of the privilege in question). Thus it is still NOT MOST of my questions. Thus I challenge this stripping of my privilege.
